This Real Time Clock I built uses the EPSON RTC-72421. The RTC is not compatible with the original RFT U130X RTC which was shipped together with some P8000 Compact. I've chosen a new RTC because the U130X will stop working in 2019 which is its maximum year. Additionally the original PCB was done with some components which are now hard to get (involving the U130X itself).
Because of its incompatibility with the U130X, I also made a new kernel driver and a standalone utility which supports both RTCs - the orginal U130X and the EPSON RTC-72421.
